By using Folium (your-domain.com, "the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Folium is a free tool to create and export resumes. Every template and feature is available at no cost, with no account and no subscription. The service runs in your browser; the resume content you create is stored on your device, not on our servers.

2. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter and for ensuring you have the right to use it. You keep all rights to your resume content. Because your data is stored locally, please keep your own backups (you can export your data from the app).

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a resume will result in a job.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
